DATA PRACTICE
Effective 30 July 2026
When you submit an inquiry, the service may receive the name, business email, company and application brief entered in the form. Standard server records may contain an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp and security event. A blog comment may include the name, email and comment supplied by the user. Do not submit sensitive personal data, health records, government identifiers, payment-card data, confidential drawings or export-controlled information.
Inquiry information is used to respond to the request, organize an application discussion, maintain service security and document consent or communication where required. Depending on location, processing may rely on a request made before a business interaction, legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, consent, or a legal obligation. Submission does not create a product approval, quotation, supply contract or official Freudenberg Performance Materials relationship.
A material brief may describe an end use, polymer or fiber preference, process route, basis weight, width, converting step, test method, quantity and destination. Include only information necessary for initial routing. Product, plant, certificate and order facts must be verified with the official source. This site does not require proprietary formulation data to explain the initial application need.
Data may be handled by hosting, security, form-delivery and technical-support providers acting under appropriate instructions. It may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or during a legitimate service transfer. We do not state that an inquiry is automatically delivered to Freudenberg Performance Materials; use the official website for an official product or regional contact.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, service integrity, dispute management and legal requirements. Administrative, technical and organizational measures are used to reduce unauthorized access or loss, but no network transmission is risk-free. Avoid transmitting information that requires a dedicated confidentiality or regulated-data channel.
Essential technologies may maintain security and basic site operation. Optional analytics or embedded services, if enabled, may set their own identifiers under their notices and available controls. External links, including official product or location resources, are governed by the external operator's privacy policy rather than this policy.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may withdraw consent for future processing. Rights can be limited where records must be retained for security, legal claims or other lawful reasons. Identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled.
The site can be accessed globally, and service providers may process information in more than one jurisdiction using legally recognized safeguards where required. This policy may be updated to reflect service or legal changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
Use the contact page to submit a privacy request and describe the relevant interaction. For information submitted directly to the official Freudenberg Performance Materials website or its regional offices, consult the privacy contact provided by that official service.
